A beautifully layered Cabernet with aromas of ripe strawberry, chocolate, candied plum, fresh ginger, toasted cardamom, Marcona almond, maraschino cherry, cloves, char, maple, grape candy, and leather. 

On the palate, massive, juicy, and layered, with fleshy plum meat, fresh caramel, black cherry, German chocolate cake, and vanilla bean, finishing in waves of flavor that seem to go on and on.

Okapi Cuvée is our premium red wine blend, boasting rich aromas of cherries jubilee, salted caramel and vanilla bean, giving way to flavors of black cherry, mocha, maple and blackberry. Its elegance comes from our estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, handcrafted with whole-berry fermentation and splashed with zinfandel and petit verdot.

85% estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Petite Verdot, this red wine is friendly with food, and a marvelous introduction to the flavors of Jungle Love Vineyard.

Our newest blend layers old vine Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Merlot over our Jungle Love Vineyard-grown Cabernet for an entirely new sensation. At 75% Cabernet, it still has all the goodness of the estate grown premium Cab, but feels just a little lighter in body and more playful in flavor profile.

The 2022 Okapi Chardonnay is back for the first new vintage since 2013.

For this elegantly styled chardonnay, we gently press the whole grape clusters directly to French oak barrels, fermenting at cool temperatures with minimal intervention to create a balanced fruit-forward wine that pairs beautifully with food, but is equally rewarding on its own.
